What posting system do you use? We use our local post office and have not had any problems since we started EQUIGIFTS in the middle of 2011.

How long does it take for an order to arrive at us? If you use the normal postage system it takes between 3 to 5 working days in South Africa, unless you require an over night service then we will use speed services.

Who is responsible for postage? The customer is responsible for paying postage and we charge exactly what our local Post Office charges. We do not add on any extras!

Do you only post goods in South Africa? No, we post parcels all over the world!
